1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the High Delta Fund pages at highdelta.io/fund.html and associated services, including the interest registration form ("Service"), operated by High Delta Fund ("we", "us", "our").

High Delta Fund is a separate legal entity from High Delta Research. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The High Delta Fund Service currently consists of:

• Informational pages describing the forthcoming High Delta Fund AMC certificate
• An interest registration form to receive Fund updates and investor materials when available
• Asset class and strategy summaries for informational purposes

The AMC certificate described on this website is under development. Its features, composition, fees, availability, and regulatory status are subject to change without notice prior to launch. Registration of interest does not constitute a subscription, purchase agreement, or commitment by either party.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. The Fund is intended for professional and sophisticated investors. By registering your interest, you confirm that you understand the risks associated with investing in systematic trading strategies and structured products.

The Service is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where such investment products are restricted or prohibited.

4. Interest Registration

By registering your interest, you consent to receiving communications from High Delta Fund about the AMC certificate, including launch notifications, investor materials, and relevant updates. You may withdraw at any time by emailing fund@highdelta.io.

Registration does not:

• Create a contractual commitment by either party
• Guarantee access to the AMC certificate
• Constitute a subscription or purchase agreement
• Obligate you to invest any amount

Your registration data is stored separately from High Delta Research's waitlist and is subject to the Fund Privacy Policy.

5. Not Financial Advice

High Delta Fund is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory authority. Nothing on these pages or in any communications from us constitutes:

• Financial advice or investment advice within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or investment product
• An offer or solicitation to provide investment management services
• An offer to sell or a solicitation to buy the AMC certificate

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fund pages — including text, graphics, logos, design, code, strategy descriptions, and asset class summaries — is the intellectual property of High Delta Fund and is protected by copyright and applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the registration form
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content
• Misrepresent your investor status or professional qualifications

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the AMC certificate will launch, that it will have any particular characteristics, or that the strategies described will achieve any particular results. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, High Delta Fund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

10. Relationship with High Delta Research

High Delta Fund is a separate legal entity from High Delta Research. Use of the Fund Service is governed by these Terms and the Fund Privacy Policy, not by the High Delta Research Terms or Research Privacy Policy. Data collected through the Fund registration is not shared with High Delta Research.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered parties by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
