1. Who We Are
High Delta Fund ("we", "us", "our") operates the Fund pages at highdelta.io/fund.html and the associated interest registration service. High Delta Fund is a separate legal entity from High Delta Research. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What Data We Collect
Interest registration
When you register your interest, we collect your full name, email address, and investor type (e.g. Individual, Family Office, IFA/Wealth Manager, Institutional). This data is stored separately from High Delta Research's waitlist data.
Website usage
Our web server may log standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security and operational monitoring.
What we do not collect
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels. We do not collect payment information, trading account details, or investment portfolio data at this stage.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Assess your suitability as a potential investor in the AMC certificate
- Send you Fund-specific updates, including launch notifications and investor materials when available
- Respond to enquiries you send us
- Comply with applicable regulatory and legal obligations
Your data is not shared with High Delta Research or used for marketing unrelated products. We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), given when you submit the interest registration form, and on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for investor suitability assessment. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing fund@highdelta.io.
5. Data Retention
We retain your registration data for as long as you remain a registered interested party. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, subject to any regulatory retention requirements that may apply.
Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Service providers: Hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations
- Regulatory bodies: Where required by law or by a competent authority in connection with the AMC certificate
- AMC certificate issuer: If and when the AMC certificate launches, limited data may be shared with the certificate issuer for onboarding purposes, with your explicit consent
7. Cookies
The Fund pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set for security purposes only.
8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data
- Restriction: Request that we restrict processing
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time

9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Registration data is stored securely and is logically separated from High Delta Research data.
10. International Transfers
Our servers are located within the UK or EEA. If any services process data outside these regions, appropriate safeguards will be in place in accordance with UK GDPR.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered parties by email. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the most recent version.
