What we're building
High Delta Fund is a boutique systematic alternative investment vehicle. We build the infrastructure, the risk management, and the portfolio construction frameworks that allow sophisticated allocators to access multi-strategy systematic trading — backed by two independently verified live track records managing approximately €6.0M in investor capital today.
Every tool and process we build is designed to solve a real problem we've encountered managing live portfolios. Not hypothetical problems in a vacuum.
How we work
The way the team operates is the same way the strategies operate: rules-first, evidence-led, and small enough that every decision is owned by a person.
We apply the same rigour to operational decisions that we apply to strategy validation. If it can't be tested, it should be questioned.
We'd rather hire one exceptional person than three average ones. Every team member has real ownership and real impact.
Both principals invest their own capital alongside the Fund. We build for people whose capital is at stake — including our own.
No corporate layer, no process for its own sake. We say what we think, document decisions clearly, and move without bureaucracy.
What we look for
When we do hire, we look for people who combine technical depth with genuine curiosity about systematic trading and alternative investments. Background in quantitative finance, portfolio management, software engineering, or data engineering — ideally with personal experience in financial markets.
More important than credentials: can you build things that work, explain them clearly, and care about the problem you're solving?
